Private Session
Bearing witness to private sessions always feel special, and it is even more special to be able to capture the moments on camera.
I love capturing and documenting moments of vulnerability, intimacy and experiencing pleasure. Welcome to my collections of work portraying the human experience, primarily through the means of Shibari and Kinbaku.

A rope jam is where people who are interested in rope, come together and tie in a non-sensual setting to practice, have fun and exchange ideas.
One of the upsides to having access to a space, and a wonderful partner, that runs rope events; is that often an opportunity for photos pop up.
Rope can also be casual, fun and low pressure. It can also hold the same sort of space that meditating or doing yoga does...
Rope can be intimate and safe and shared, and that is exactly what this session was about. Sharing and witnessing intimacy and playfulness.
Friends who enjoy rope? Why not do some rope at home! This is a fun moment between friends, tying each other and feeling out the ropes...
I started taking photos for fun since childhood, but only in the last few years have I spent time trying to hone my craft. I am inspired by people experiencing every-day life, as well as when we choose to push ourselves to the limit. I use photography as a way to both capture and see others, and share in the joy of living by having a tangible moment in time made permanent.
On a more technical note, I use both digital and film cameras to capture moments, and dabble in short-clip-making. Film is not a service I generally offer to everyone, as it includes more costs and has more limitations compared to its digital counterpart.
As to how I create, I like to limit my photography to be a tool of observation and witnessing, I do not dish out creative briefs or center my work as the main medium in the room. Photography within itself is a tool to be played with, and I enjoy letting my presence be felt with the click of my shutter rather than the command of my voice.
Despite enjoying rope bondage, from both the top and bottom perspective, I do also enjoy collaborating with others who tie and capturing the moments they create. Almost all of my Shibari/bondage images are made in collaboration with my partner (who organizes monthly events and offer sessions), Desire Lines Bondage.
First and foremost - my skills in photography. I take documentation-style photos, capturing real experiences instead of posed scenes.
Alongside photography, I also have skills to offer in tying others and offering floor work (non-suspension) experiences.
Combining both photography (being witnessed and captured) and tying experiences, other sensations are also offered (pending negotiation).
Saw something that caught your eye? Does my creative process resonate with you? Please reach out to me on my email. I enjoy working with other creative people, and often go into capturing moments without a clear, fully formed plan, but rather relying on capturing the in-moment and lived experience. My pricing vary depending on the exact scenario and services that are requested, but I am also open to creative collaborations.
